Problem: I can't find the app

Solution:

  1. Navigate to the app store:
    1. (iPhone: go to www.apple.com/ios/app-store and hit "Open the app")
    2. (Android: go to https://play.google.com)
  2. Search for "CKD LifePlan"
  3. Click on "CKD LifePlan" by Ayogo Health Inc
  4. Click the Download or Install button
  5. Wait for the download to complete. You should now see the app on your device's home screen.

Problem: I can’t sign up

Solution:

To use CKD LifePlan you will need an invitation email from your clinician.

  1. Open the app.
  2. Use the temporary login credentials received in your email inbox.

Note: The email may end up in your spam folder. Check before you contact your clinician about the invitation email.

Leaving the Progam

Problem: I would like to uninstall this app

Solution:

Our app can be deleted like any other app on your phone.

Problem: I would like to delete my account

Solution:

Currently, we are unable to delete accounts, but you may have rights to have your data deleted. Please contact help@ayogo.com for further information.

Network Connection Issues

Problem: Video is slow

Problem: Can't load content/Content is loading slowly

Solution:

If the app is slow to load or you are unable to load content or videos please check your network connection.
You can test your connection by following these steps: https://support.google.com/websearch/answer/6283840?p=speedtest
If you are still having issues you can try restarting your device.
